Focus t25 cardio workout videos online8/16/2023 ![]() While, the intensity of this workout may not be up to par with Insanity, it will still get you moving and burn a few hundred calories. The former because it really burns out the legs and the latter because you need a lot of coordination, and it comes towards the end of the 25 minutes. ![]() For me the hardest exercises in this workout are the Pivot Lunge + Touch the Floor and the Speed + Agility. ![]() Those will really get your heart rate up. There are 2 burnouts in this workout, where you string a few of the hardest moves back to back as fast as you can. From the second the clock starts moving to when it hits zero you are moving. You perform a bunch of different exercises, for about 30 seconds each, and there are absolutely not breaks. This is great introduction to what T25 is all about.
